To promote and provide quality health care to all active duty uniformed and civilian personnel of the Philippine Coast
Guard, in order to ensure and preserve their health; prevent diseases, injuries or disabilities that may directly impair
the performance of their duties; and render medical assistance to direct dependents of PCG personnel, and other civilian
patients as authorized by the Command.
